1. Introduction
Welcome to TechLawPro (techlawpro.top). We provide professional legal services tailored for technology firms. By engaging our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service (Terms).
2. Services
TechLawPro offers three categories of offerings:
- Professional Legal Services: Advisory, contract drafting, compliance reviews, and representation for technology enterprises.
- Information Products: Digital guides, training modules, and recorded seminars on legal topics relevant to technology.
- Goods: Physical materials such as printed manuals and resource kits.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing TechLawPro services, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from further use.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are outlined in our engagement letter, product description, or goods listing. Payment is due upon confirmation of your request. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.
5. Reimbursement and Cancellation
5.1 Professional Legal Services
If you cancel in writing at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or engagement commencement, we will reimburse the full payment, less any third-party or administrative charges incurred on your behalf. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for reimbursement. You may reschedule one session without extra charge, subject to availability.
5.2 Information Products
Requests for reimbursement of information products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, you must not have accessed more than the first module. After 14 days or once additional modules are accessed, reimbursements are not offered.
5.3 Goods
Goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for shipment expenses. Upon inspection and acceptance, we will reimburse the payment excluding the original shipment expense.
6. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments for professional services are set via our Contact Form. Requests to adjust dates must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will accommodate one reschedule per engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and documents provided by TechLawPro remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited license to use delivered materials for internal purposes only.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Information collected during service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at techlawpro.top.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechLawPro’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, product, or good.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Geneva.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be effective upon posting at techlawpro.top. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
